Travel Details: ICR Conference Hotel Emails

There are two entrances to Pinstripes.

RECOMMENDED - Storefront Entrance: Pinstripes is on the rooftop level of the SONO Collection mall. Mall Garage Entrance on the LEFT side (toward Valet Parking) .

Drive straight into the garage and go forward until you see the BLUE Wall /yellow posts on right (elevator vestibule)– take a RIGHT and go all the way to the back of the garage to the ramp that will take you up to the rooftop level (4 – 5 loops up) KEEP GOING UP until you have reached the rooftop/SONO Garden

Mall Entrance: Take the elevator to Level 3 (L3) follow to hallway between Kay Jewelers & Pandora - Pinstripes Mall entry is located at the end of the hallway

NOTE: If you are arriving by car, please leave your License Plate # with the hostess upon entering Pinstripes.

Train | Both hotels and Pinstripes can be reached by Metro North (South Norwalk) and Amtrak (Stamford Station). From there, you can find a taxi (cash only) or Uber.

Car | Parking is readily available on site at all locations for those who wish to drive themselves. Parking for Pinstripes can be found on the roof level of the garage within the SoNo Collection.

Shuttle Service | For those who would like to work from the office in the morning, a shuttle will be available from both hotels to ICR Norwalk. Shuttles will be available beginning 1:00 pm from the office and both hotels to Pinstripes.

When leaving the SoNo Collection/Pinstripes, we recommend using transportation to reach your next destination. Although the train station may seem close, we suggest taking one of the available shuttles or an Uber for your convenience and safety.
