Andrew Ross is the Director of Sustainability and Senior Counsel at Shoals Technologies. He joined Shoals in 2023 as the company's first Director of Sustainability. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of Shoals' sustainability program including strategy, reporting, and regulatory compliance. He also provides legal guidance on government relations and trade issues. Prior to Shoals, Andrew was a Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer of a venture-backed startup in the insurance and technology industry. In addition to his role as an executive leader, he managed the company's legal operations and led regulatory strategy. Andrew has held other roles in private companies and government over his fifteen-year legal career. He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and a M.P.P. from Duke University.
