Ashley is a seasoned investor relations and capital markets professional with more than 17 years of experience across industries including entertainment, consumer packaged goods and retail, healthy living, and fin-tech.
Her experience and Counsel is deeply rooted in her sellside and buyside background. Ashley has delivered programs for IPOs, large-cap and small-cap companies, spin-outs, M&A transactions, secondary offerings and foreign issuers and ADR listings. Ashley helped launch ICR’s Asia-Pacific practice in 2006. She has led dozens of IPOs and ongoing IR execution across numerous industries and led strategic communications for a number of high profile U.S. listings of multinational global businesses. She also has unique knowledge of alternative investments including IP and entertainment content investing, and she is a finance partner in Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike Live and Elton John’s musical The Devil Wears Prada.
Ashley joined ICR in 2003, after covering Media & Advertising on the sellside at ABN Amro and CIBC World Markets. She returned to ICR in 2020 after raising her young family and leading live entertainment investing at film finance firm and advisory TSG Entertainment, where she has been covered in Variety, The New York Times, BroadwayWorld and Playbill for select transactions and projects.
