Mr. Wuebbels is a proven business leader, delivering impressive results throughout his career leading financial teams in both public and private companies over the past twenty years. Before being named CFO at Complete Solaria, Mr. Wuebbels was President of Control & Elevator at the Nidec Motor Corporation, where he led Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations. Before jos work at Nidec, he worked at GCL Solar Materials where he led the U.S. finance organization. Mr. Wuebbels also spent nine years at SunEdison in the role of EVP, CFO & CAO for the company and served on three boards of public companies developed by SunEdison. Prior to SunEdison, he spent four years at Honeywell and ten years at General Electric in various financial roles. Mr. Wuebbels holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
