Julia is the VP of Sustainability at the ABB FIA Formula E Championship, the world’s first fully-electric single-seater racing series. She played a pivotal role in certifying the championship against ISO 20121, making it the first motorsport series to achieve this prestigious sustainability standard, alongside a renewed three-star level for the FIA’s Environmental Management System. Julia also serves as a Sustainability Advisor for Extreme E, an all-electric SUV series, and E1, the world’s first all-electric raceboat championship. These initiatives bring attention to climate change challenges and promote electric vehicle adoption in urban areas. Additionally, she is the President of Sports and Sustainability International (SandSI), an association dedicated to advancing the global sport and sustainability movement. Prior to these roles, Julia focused on sustainability in motorsport at Michelin Motorsport, with research interests in business sustainability, change management, and project management, particularly within the motorsport industry.
