Annette Nazareth is the Chair of the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (Integrity Council), an independent body that succeeded the Taskforce on Scaling Voluntary Carbon Markets (TSVCM), where she was the Operating Lead. With extensive experience in financial services regulation and corporate governance, Annette is Senior Counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she previously served as Partner and head of the Washington DC office. She also led the firm’s Trading and Markets practice. Her notable roles include Commissioner and Director of the Division of Trading and Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
