Nathaniel Keohane is President of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES), a leading voice on climate and energy policy. An economist with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Keohane previously served as Senior Vice President for Climate at the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), where he led global climate initiatives. He also served as Special Assistant to the President for Energy and Environment during the Obama administration and directed economic policy at EDF. Dr. Keohane was an Associate Professor of Economics at Yale School of Management and holds a Ph.D. from Harvard and a B.A. from Yale.
