Previously senior director of research into the development of materials for lithium-ion and solid-state batteries at Hydro-Québec, Dr. Zaghib specializes in solid-state and lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and helped to create the world’s first commercial lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. He is currently a professor at McGill University and a strategic advisor for Investissement Québec
