John Jannarone is Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Capital Markets Media LLC, the sole owner of IPO Edge, CorpGov, and Exec Edge. He previously spent over a decade as a financial journalist at The Wall Street Journal and CNBC, where he wrote the “Heard on the Street Column” and appeared regularly as a panelist on “Fast Money” to discuss investments. He began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in New York City after graduating cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Economics.
