Andy Barish joined Jefferies in June, 2010 as a Managing Director - Restaurant Equity Research. He joined from Cowen and Company, where he was a Managing Director for Consumer Investment Banking. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Senior Restaurant Industry Research Analyst at Banc of America Securities, where he spent seven years and was consistently a top-ranked Institutional Investor analyst. Before that, he spent six years as a Senior Restaurant Industry Analyst at Robertson, Stephens and worked in equity research at Kidder, Peabody and Company. He received a BS from the University of Southern California.
