Mrs. Rinat Belfer is NeoGames’ COO. As the company COO Rinat directs customer delivery, design, and implements company processes and procedures. She tracks and monitors the company's key performance indicators, establishes policies that promote company culture and vision, oversees the daily operations of the company and re-engineers processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. She is also responsible for labor and employee relations. Rinat joined NeoGames in 2009 and managed dozens of complex technology development and delivery projects. She has profound experience and knowledge with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and oversees the organizational quality management standards. Rinat holds a bachelor's degree in industrial management engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
