Gustavo Modenesi is the Chief Strategy Officer of Lavoro. Gustavo joined Lavoro at launch as Chief Transformation Officer. Previously, he worked at Patria, one of the leading firms in alternative asset management in Latin America, where he spearheaded the transformation programs at Patria’s portfolio companies and developed a new investment thesis for the agricultural sector. From 2007 to 2015, Gustavo worked at The Boston Consulting Group Company, a leading management consulting firm. Gustavo holds an industrial engineering degree from Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA with distinctions from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
