Marcos Freire is the Head of Strategy at Lavoro's Crop Care division. Marcos has more than 18 years of experience in agriculture, manufacturing, management consulting, and private equity. Before Crop Care, Marcos worked at AGCO as a strategy manager, leading the company’s regional business plan and being responsible for implementing several strategic projects in Latin America. He previously worked at Monitor Deloitte as a management consultant on a wide variety of projects focused on growth in the agribusiness, logistics, and infrastructure sectors. Marcos holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal da Bahia and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
