Russ is responsible for Citi’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) business in North America. Russ has over 25 years of experience and has led and managed teams in many different capacities. In addition to leading ECM he was also recently Co-Head of Healthcare Investment Banking for North America on an interim basis. Over his career, Russ has raised equity and advised issuers in complex transactions across many industries. Prior to running the group, Russ most recently ran the Growth Equity effort and led the ECM teams in Healthcare, Media and Telecom sectors in the North America. Russ began his career in the Investment Banking Division of the Global Telecommunications Group at Salomon Brothers in 1997, and worked at Rogers Communications in Toronto, Canada prior to joining Wall Street.
