Incorporated in Texas in 1968 and reorganized in Bermuda in 1994, Helen of Troy is a leading global consumer products company offering creative solutions for our customers through a diversified portfolio of well-recognized and widely-trusted brands in three business segments: Health and Home, Housewares, and Beauty. We have built leading market positions through new product innovation, product quality, and competitive pricing. In fiscal 2015, we launched a transformational strategy designed to improve the performance of our business segments and strengthen our shared service capabilities. From the beginning of fiscal 2015, when we began our strategic plan, through the end of fiscal 2018, we have achieved a Compound Annual Growth rate in net sales and adjusted diluted EPS of 3.1% and 12.6% respectively, and bought back approximately seven million of our shares. Our investments in digital drove our fiscal 2018 sales to online retailers and through our direct-to-consumer channels up by more than 30% YOY, to represent ~15% of consolidated net sales compared to ~13% in the prior year. Our growth has been underpinned by the success of our seven Leadership Brands, including OXO, Hydro Flask, Vicks, Braun, Honeywell, PUR, and Hot Tools, which all hold #1 or #2 positions in their respective categories, and we believe the best is yet to come.
