Vince (Qijun) Chen is the Vice President of Public Equity & Portfolio Management at Abacus Global Management (NYSE: ABX), where he leads Abacus FCF Advisors in the development and implementation of investment strategies across ETFs and separately managed accounts. The flagship FCF Leaders Strategy recently earned the PSN Top Guns Manager of the Decade designation for Q4 2025, recognizing a decade of outperforming the style benchmark with lower volatility.

Since joining FCF in 2017 and assuming portfolio management responsibilities in 2021, Vince has developed and expanded the firm's proprietary FCF Leaders methodology into a full suite of ETFs and SMAs spanning U.S. large cap, real assets, innovation, small cap, international, and flexible fixed income. These strategies serve as the asset allocation toolkit to support Abacus's vision of delivering personalized financial solutions across the full lifespan of its clients.

Vince is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of the CQF Institute New York Society. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds a Master of Science from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Economics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
