With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bill McCauley is a performance-driven finance executive who has led financial operations, regulatory reporting functions and special projects. For the past 5 years, Bill has been the CFO at Abacus Life and several private funds where he has contributed to the company’s growth and helped take the company public in June 2023. Bill has worked with large consulting and financial services firms including McKinsey & Company, Transamerica, MassMutual, John Hancock and Independent Financial Partners. Highlights from that experience include: Equity and Debt Financings, Broker/Dealer CFO roles, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA Degree from Babson College. He also holds Series 7, 24, 27, 63 FINRA Licenses.
