Carolyn Cross is co-head of Investment Stewardship, Americas, responsible for proxy voting and engagement in the Americas. Prior to her current role, she led the Vanguard Personal Advisor Services methodology team in Vanguard Retail Investor Group. She was previously a senior investment analyst in Vanguard Portfolio Review
Department. Before joining the company in 2012, she was an associate director at Rogerscasey, an investment consulting firm.

Carolyn earned a B.A. in history from Princeton University and an M.B.A from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
