Amy Lissauer is a Managing Director and Global Head of Activism and Raid Defense at Bank of America. Ms. Lissauer has a B.S. from Cornell University. She has published articles and speaks frequently on mergers & acquisitions, hostile activity, and board/ shareholder interaction.
